Join us for this deep dive into the 4CTL Learning Disposition Wheel. Explore the three dispositional domains - interpersonal, intrapersonal and cognitive - and how each disposition impacts learning, how metacognition of these dispositions can enhance learning and how we can implement the Wheel into classrooms.

This powerful introduction to the 4Cs is designed for school leaders wanting to better understand how the 4Cs can enhance and transform their school contexts.
Two consecutive, full day workshops will be held in August, with a third day (date to be determined) held in a school in the Adelaide area, during which participants will observe a 4C approach to teaching being practiced.
We’re cooking up an incredible 12 month program for early career teachers.

The Launch! journey will offer early career teachers a solid grounding in 4C skills, processes and understanding, as we work through the concepts in our books, Transforming Education and Transforming Schools.
We’ll explore the 4Cs - Creativity, Collaboration, Communication and Critical Reflection, the Learning Disposition Wheel, and more, helping participants understand themselves as learners, as well as their students.
This is the perfect program for schools already richly engaged in 4C-focused education, who’d like their newer teachers to develop a comprehensive understanding of teaching from this perspective.
This 12 month journey can be integrated with participants in our Uplift! Middle Leader Capability Development Course.
